Port Detection Tool

After installing and start running QLauncher on your device, you must set up some TCP port configurations before getting rewards. This tool is built for you to check if the port is working well.

Where to find the Port Detection Tool

Step 1. Download the QQQ App.

• QQQ App on App Store

• QQQ App on Google Play Store

Step 2. Sign up and bind QLauncher to your Poseidon Network account.

1. Sign up or sign in to your Poseidon Network account

2. On the home screen, click the plus sign button on the upper-right corner

3. Scan your QLauncher binding QRcode

4. Hooray, your Edge (QLauncher) is now bound to your account. If some error messages like "Edge information is invalid." showed up, don't worry, QLauncher may take some time registering to Poseidon Network. Get a cup of coffee and try again later.

Step 3. Start checking the ports.

1. Back to the home screen, select the Edge (QLauncher) you like to check

2. Go to Edge Info

3. Find the Port Detection in Detection Tools section

4. Click "GO" to start checking your port

How to Know a Port is Open or Not

After checking the ports, you may see the results of port detection is On or Off within few seconds.

• On: The port is open.

• Off: The port is NOT open.

Possible reasons if a port is not open

• Your device is offline.

• Port configurations did not work well, please check the articles below.

• Your device IP has changed, while our servers have not detected the change. Please retry the port detection a few minutes later.

If the ports is NOT open, you may not receive rewards. The followings are guides on how to open ports for different devices and environments. Simply select the article correspond to your device and follow the instructions to complete the port configurations.
