# 忘記 PIN 碼

PIN 碼（錢包密碼）在一開始創立錢包帳號時，就會請使用者輸入，

主要會在轉幣、申購定存方案或其他交易動作時出現，是一個錢包內的安全機制！

若忘記 PIN 碼也不用太擔心，照著以下流程即可重新設定。

**操作流程：**

**步驟 1-**\
打開 QQQ App 右下角的個人頁面

**步驟 2-**\
點選「忘記錢包密碼」

**步驟 3-**\
點選「送出請求」

**步驟 4-**\
等待審核通知（這動作為人工審核，所以需稍微等候處理）

**步驟 5-**\
收到「重設錢包安全密碼」的手機推播通知（若過很久都沒收到，可再確認是否需要重新送出請求）

**步驟 6-**\
點選「重設錢包密碼」

**步驟 7-**\
輸入新的「PIN 碼」

**步驟 8-**\
密碼重設成功
